My website was created to showcase my personal photography. These images are from family gatherings, vacation travel, travel in support of my work in Olympic and Internatonal Shooting competitions, workshops and just plain snapshots.

I am an advanced amateur photographer and not in the business of selling my images, although I'm not opposed to selling an image. If you see something you like and would like to have a copy, just drop me an email.

My equipment is made up of DSLR, and point-and-shoots. A Canon 50D is my primary DSLR. For lens' I am using: Canon EF 24mm - 105mm, f/4L IS; EF-S 17mm - 55mm, f/2.8 IS; EF 70mm - 200mm f/4L IS; EF-S 60mm, f2.8 Macro: EOS 1.4x Teleconverter and a 12.5mm extender. Flash is a Canon Speedlight 580EX. I use a Sekonic L-758DR meter when the need arises. I have two tripods: Bogen 3021 w/Bogen 3265 grip head and a Manfroto Ball Head; Carbon Velbon 530 w/Gitzo G2180 Fluid Pan Head and Acratech 15052 leveling mount; and a Manfrotto 680B monopod. In addition I use an assortment of ND filters and a Circular Polarizer when needed. I am not adverse to using my Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX55 or my wife's Leica C-Lux 2, point-and-shoot cameras, they take great images.

For post processing I am using Adobe Lightroom 2.5 and Photoshop CS4. These are hosted on a Dell XPS410 PC with quad processors and 4gb of ram. The OS is Windows Vista, with which I have had no issues once I turned off the UAC . Monitors are in dual mode, Eizo CG222W primary and Dell 2007WFP as the secondary. My printer is an Epson Photo Stylus R1800.
